Location: Lahinch is a seaside town located on the northwest coast of Co. Clare.
Path: From Ennistymon to Lahinch (4km along accessible and wide footpath-steep in places). The Prom is a short one but if the tide is out the option is there to walk on the beach (enter using boat ramp)
